Payment & Refund Policy

Payment
All prices listed on the website are in British Pounds (£). Maxwell Dashwood accepts payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. Your payment information is processed securely and we do not store credit card details nor have access to your credit card information.
Order Confirmation
We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If you want to cancel an order, you must contact us immediately at contact@maxwelldashwood.com
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
